Our Waters

Chilean Patagonia holds some of the last genuinely unpressured trout water left on the continent.

While rivers across North America and even parts of Argentine Patagonia have grown more crowded every season, the Aysén region in southern Chile remains a technical anglers frontier.

Remote enough that guiding pressure stays low, and wild enough that both rainbow and brown trout behave the way they didbefore rivers got discovered.

Why Aysén?

Coyhaique, the regional capital of Aysén, sits at the center of a network of rivers, spring creeks, and glacial lakes that most traveling anglers have never fished. The geography itself does the work of limiting pressure: much of the best water sits well outside the reach of day-trip tourism, accessible only with local knowledge of 4x4 routes and river access points.
